From the UK, Tinicia started her management career in banking. After 8 years in the corporate environment, she decided to move to Dubai to start her career as a real estate agent. After being headhunted by Betterhomes to join the team as a Business Development Manager, Tinicia quickly worked her way through the business working within departments such as Short Term Rentals and Property Management.

She then moved into brokerage where she worked as the training & development manager guiding the new starters in their careers. After the success of the training program she is now the Director of Leasing and Short Term Rentals.
