Bridges and roads link the development to the mainland. The residential projects are about 10 minutes away from La Mer and City Walk, while Dubai International Airport is only 15 minutes away. Furthermore, various bus stops in Jumeirah 1 are 5 minutes away from Port De La Mer, connecting you to the rest of the city. Additionally, apartment buildings and townhouses will have assigned parking spaces, while private villas will have dedicated parking garages.

 

 

Shopping
