Your living options

For someone wanting to live in the Emirates Living District, there are three categories: high-end, medium-to- high and medium. Emirates Hills is high-end The Springs and The Greens are at the lower end of the spectrum with townhouses and apartments, The Lakes and The Meadows are in the middle, with villas in the mid-to- high price range. The mid-range properties target the affluent, but not the super rich. Because of this, you’ll find a variety of plot sizes and floor plans, from typical three-bedroom villas up to six bedrooms. Emirates Hills has earned itself the nickname ‘the Beverly Hills of Dubai’ because of its luxurious setting, exclusive reputation and scope for unique, custom-built designs. Of the 632 villas in this community, 250 look out over the world-renowned Montgomerie golf course, which provides lovely views and the opportunity to practice your swing.

Meet the neighbours

Lama Bazzari has lived in Emirates Hills for a decade with her husband and their three children. She is the CEO and founder of NStyle International Group and owner of the Bice restaurants.

"We have been in this villa for ten years now and we have a lot of good memories here, such as our boys being born. In 2003, we were among one of the first residents in Emirates Hills and even in its infancy it ticked a lot of the right boxes. Now we feel nearer the city and Emirates Hills has really grown into a lovely community where everything we need is nearby. It is very convenient for us, with my offices in JLT and the kids’ schools nearby. We like it here for that sense of comfort and neighbourly spirit."
