Your guide to living in Dubai Hills Estate

Dubai Hills Estate is home to a luxurious collection of apartments, villas and townhouses set among rolling green spaces and fairways. 

The exclusive area sits at the centre of town, which affords views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Dubai Marina.

The Neighbourhood in a nutshell

A family-centric community, Dubai Hills Estate is suburban living with an opulent feel. Home to an 18-holechampionship golf course with breath-taking city views and a clubhouse complete with upmarket eateries, there’s a strong community feel. With a 54km bicycle track, tennis courts and a 2.5-kilometre jogging track, the area attracts those who like to spend their leisure time outdoors.

Community Overview

There are several sub-communities within the area, although some are still under construction. For apartment complexes there’s Mulberry, Green Square, Acacia and Park Ridge to name a few. For villas there’s the popular Golf Place 1 and 2, Maple, and Golf Groove. For those looking for exclusivity, Emerald Hills offers green views for miles over the golf course.

Shopping

Currently there are no shops within the community but the Dubai Hills Mall is projected for completion at the end of the year. In the meantime, you can head to the Springs Souk, which is an eight-minute drive away for Carrefour, Marks & Spencer and more.

Things to do

After a round of golf you can enjoy a meal in gastropub The Duck Hook, or have a drink overlooking the course at Monty’s While those keen on alfresco exercise will enjoy the running and cycle tracks.

Schools

While there are no schools within the estate, British curriculum school GEMS Wellington Academy is a 10-minute drive away. For little ones there is a branch of Raffles Nursery in neighbouring Emirates Hills.

Transport Links

Although there are no public transport links, the Hills are located on Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Street so you can get to Dubai Marina in 15-minutes and to Downtown Dubai in 17-minutes.
